Heavy industrial wooden crate packing, protective rust-preventive film, and shock-absorbent pallet bases ensure damage-free transit across state highways.

01 Nationwide Pan-India Logistics Network

We maintain established contracts with leading national surface transport carriers (including VRL Logistics, TCI Freight, Safechem, and dedicated full-truckload freight operators). We dispatch industrial machinery to all industrial corridors, growth centres, and districts across all 28 states and union territories in India.

02 Heavy Packaging & Corrosion Protection Standards

Given the sensitive tolerances of precision machine components, hydraulic cylinders, and electrical PLC control panels, all equipment is packaged using multi-layer industrial protection:

Heavy Wooden Crates: Robust pine/hardwood timber crates with reinforced corner steel brackets for heavy mechanical stabilization.

Rust-Preventive Film: Precision die surfaces and polished hydraulic shafts are coated with rust-inhibiting compounds and sealed in moisture-barrier wrap.

03 Manufacturing & Dispatch Lead Times

Standard In-Stock Machinery & Dies 3 to 5 Working Days

Ready stock standard paper plate machines, forming dies, and standard spare parts are dispatched within 3–5 working days following 100% balance clearance.

Custom Hydraulic & Automated Industrial Lines 10 to 21 Working Days

Multi-ton hydraulic systems, double-cylinder automated presses, and customized die tooling configurations undergo full fabrication, heat treatment, and continuous load testing, requiring 10 to 21 working days prior to transport dispatch.

04 Consignment Note (Bilty / LR) & Digital Tracking

Immediately upon loading at our factory, the formal Transporter's Consignment Note (Lorry Receipt / Bilty number), vehicle registration number, driver contact details, and statutory GST E-Way Bill copy are uploaded to the Buyer's customer portal and transmitted via official WhatsApp / SMS. The Buyer can track freight movement directly through the transport company's web portal.

05 Freight Charges (Ex-Factory / To-Pay Terms)

Unless explicitly quoted as "CIF / Freight Prepaid" on the approved Proforma Invoice, all industrial machinery is sold on an Ex-Factory basis. Freight charges are payable by the Buyer directly to the logistics carrier upon delivery at the destination hub or factory site ("Freight To-Pay").

06 Factory Destination Accessibility & Offloading

Buyer Offloading Notice: Heavy commercial transport trucks require suitable unhindered approach roads and vertical clearance at the destination site. Arranging hydraulic cranes, forklifts, or experienced rigging labor to safely unload the machinery from the truck bed is the exclusive operational responsibility of the Buyer.

07 Transit Marine Insurance & Demurrage Guidelines

Transit marine insurance coverage against road accidents, overturns, or catastrophic loss is arranged under the carrier's commercial policy or can be separately covered upon Buyer request.

If the Buyer fails to take delivery or arrange offloading within the transporter's stipulated free waiting time (typically 24 to 48 hours from arrival notice), any demurrage, vehicle holding, or local warehousing charges levied by the freight carrier shall be borne exclusively by the Buyer.
